If you need to cancel we ask that you give us a 48hr notice before the scheduled class via email. This will allows us to open up a spot for another family on the waitlist. If you cancel within 48hrs, we will provide a full refund or offer you an option to reschedule for a different class, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will consider exceptions in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation. If you do not attend a class and do not provide any prior notice, refunds will not be available. We strongly encourage you to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend. We understand that unexpected events can interfere with class attendance. If you miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we may offer a make-up class for missed sessions. In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, instructor illness), we will provide you with a full refund. Families on our waiting list will be given priority for available class slots. If you cancel a class, and there are families on the waiting list, they will have the opportunity to fill your spot. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling should be communicated via email. Please include your name, the date of the class, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
